La Michocana WASCO started with a simple idea: Wasco deserves a place where great coffee and good company meet without pretense. We opened our doors on Poso Drive to be exactly that — a spot where the barista knows your order, the regulars greet each other by name, and every visit feels like coming home.
By day, we're a coffee destination — pulling espresso, steaming milk, and serving breakfast that actually wakes you up. By night, we shift into a neighborhood bar with craft cocktails, local taps, and the kind of relaxed energy that makes Thursday feel like Friday.
We're proudly local. We source what we can from the Central Valley, support community events, and believe a café should be a place everyone belongs.
